I didn't like the movie because it was kind of confusing. Keep in mind, I haven't seen the first film, but if you haven't seen it don't let that hold you back from seeing it if you want to watch the new movie. It wasn't so confusing I was wasting my time. Also, I had difficult telling who was good and who was bad. These are giant robots that transform from everyday machines, so it was hard to tell who was fighting who. The movie was pretty long and seemed to drag in the middle. There were also some characters that weren't really needed and didn't add much to the film except some comic relief.
From the very beginning there was lots of action and violence, which was done very well. The Transformers were awesome and included a tripped-out ice cream truck and very stylish purple motercycle. At the end we all picked which Transformer we wanted! Shia LaBeouf did pretty well, but I still think he was better in Disturbia. Megan Fox should have had a bigger character and done more to save everyone. Instead she just tagged along with her mouth kind of hanging open. Her character does save LaBeouf's character so that is something to look forward to if you see the movie.

All in all, if the movie was shorter and less confusing, it would be an action-packed sci-fi thriller. I don't really want to watch the first the movie, which isn't really a good sign.
Today I just hung around the house, watching the little sibs. I also watched tennis. I went to the pool in the evening and then Sonic. In Pittsburgh, there were no Sonics, so I keep going there for chocolate milkshakes. New bad habit!! Last night at youth group a cute guy asked if I was going to the pool afterward, but I couldn't go, so I was hoping he would be there tonight. He wasn't there, but maybe tomorrow...
I'll try to post this weekend and that way I can do about three post a week. (Sunday/Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday,)
